BAR-TH

Hand-held barometer BAR-TH is a versatile instrument for measuring and recording atmospheric pressure, temperature and air humidity in industrial environment.

BAR-TH is approved for using in the areas susceptible to firedamp or dust explosion in compliance with the following Ex marking: I M1 Ex ia I

and has been designed for using in mines, both outside firedamp areas and in “a”, “b”, “c” type zones susceptible to firedamp and in “A”, “B” type zones susceptible to coal dust.

Thanks to very low power consumption the maximum time of continuous use is about 200 hours, after single charging of the batteries.

• Measurement of absolute atmospheric pressure.
• Measurement of the pressure trends.
• Measurement of temperature with resolution up to 0,1°C.
• Measurement of relative humidity with resolution up to 1%.
• Logging the pressure every 2 s for max. 200 h.
• Logging up to 128 momentary measurements.
• Logging the temperature every 128 s for max. 200 h.
• Logging the humidity every 128 s for max. 200 h.
• Battery life: max. 200 h of operation.

• Measurements of the pressure, temperature and air humidity in mining plants.
